The Silent Thieves

I really have no idea. They are thieves, but beyond that, I have
little info. They are of the same band as the Tall Thief,
I'm going to guess. There are two of them, I hear. Help
me out.
Where:
Somewhere in/near Haddon Mirk (near Tear). They're inside a hill
somewhere down there, near the Tall Thief (same hill?).
