The Rabid Wolfbro is a man who can talk to the wolves. He has
become rabid and will not (as far as I know) get you wanted by wolves. He is
surrounded by other rabid wolves.

Somewhere in Haddon Mirk.

How:
He is much harder than he used to be. He has the ability to call rabid
wolves as reinforcements, so kill him as fast as you possibly can.

Bronze Scourge {on %}(whip?), Wide Leather Wristband (dodge wristwear),
